Apps
Deepify builds native iOS apps that run their AI on the device. Transcription uses Apple Speech, generation uses Apple Intelligence, and recordings and notes stay on the phone rather than being sent to a server. Each app is free to start, with a Pro subscription for unlimited use.
StudyScribe
StudyScribe records lectures and turns them into structured revision notes, flashcards and practice quizzes. Tap record at the start of a lecture and it transcribes in real time; when the lecture ends, AI produces notes, swipeable flashcards and multiple-choice or short-answer quiz questions. A Teacher mode generates lesson plans and lesson ideas instead. You can import audio from Voice Memos, Google Drive or any other app, organise recordings by course and subject, choose an exam board (AQA, OCR, Edexcel, WJEC or SQA) so materials match it, and export notes as PDF or plain text. It is built with neurodiversity in mind: dyslexia-friendly fonts, reading overlays, adjustable spacing, high-contrast mode, reduced animations, an ADHD focus mode and screen-reader support. The free tier covers three lectures a month; StudyScribe Pro is £3.99 a month or £24.99 a year. Requires iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence.

VoiceTasks
VoiceTasks turns your voice into organised, actionable tasks with no typing. It is designed for ADHD and dyslexic users who think faster than they can type. Tap the orb, say what is on your mind, and Apple Intelligence extracts the tasks, due dates, priorities and categories. Tasks sync to Apple Reminders so they appear on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch with no extra account. VoiceTasks reads your calendar to suggest free slots, and a single "Read my day" button reads your tasks, appointments and free time aloud. The interface uses calm animations, dyslexia-friendly fonts, a Bionic Reading mode, large touch targets, VoiceOver and Dynamic Type. Voice is processed on the device and no data leaves it. Free covers ten tasks a month; Pro adds unlimited tasks, Reminders sync and calendar integration at $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year, and a Family plan shares Pro with up to six people for $69.99 a year. Paid plans include a one-week free trial. Requires iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence.

SermonScribe
SermonScribe records any spoken word and turns it into a full transcript, a summary of the key points and a list of action items, privately on your iPhone. It is built for long recordings: 45-minute meetings, 90-minute sermons and two-hour lectures, with background audio so you can lock the screen and keep recording. Live transcription runs as the speaker talks, notes are searchable across every recording, and you can export as text or PDF. It works offline, needs no account, and uses Apple Speech Recognition and Apple Intelligence on the device with no tracking or ads. Beyond church services it suits bible studies, prayer groups, corporate meetings, university lectures, conferences, workshops, support groups and therapy sessions. The free tier covers five recordings a month with basic transcription and text export; SermonScribe Pro is $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year with a seven-day free trial. Requires iOS 17 or later.
